It is best to know how to operate this cordless curling iron equipped with a styling brush. Insert the threaded end of cartridge into the curling iron handle and turn cartridge in a clockwise direction until it stops. Make sure the switch is OFF until you are ready to use the iron, or you will waste butane.
This curler comes with the styling brush on the barrel so it is ready to use as a styling brush. If you wish to use it as a curling iron, pull the brush off the barrel while the barrel is cool. The brush can be replaced anytime that the barrel is cool.
The curling iron can be put in the carry case anytime, hot or cold. Do slide the styling brush over the barrel before storing the curler in the case. Before placing the curler in the carry case, remove the cartridge, replace the protective cap, and put the cartridge in the case.
The cartridges in this cordless curler contain pressurized butane and are extremely flammable. At all times keep it away from small children. Also protect the butane cartridges from sunlight and do not expose them to temperatures above 120°F (50°C). Further do not pierce, break or incinerate butane cartridges, even after use. Butane cartridges other than ThermaCELL will not work in this appliance.
